Personal Information includes your email, phone number, address, credit/ debit card information, members within your residence, means of access into a building or residence, etc. which you submit to us through the scheduling/ booking process on our website, social media platforms, email, and over-the-phone.

When we send a promotional communication to a client, the client can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, scheduling, up-coming services or overdue invoices, cancellations, service agreements and periodic updates to our Company Policies.
